Not only did the staff go above and beyond by returning my forgotten jewelry promptly, but the attention to detail in providing ironing facilities in the room truly showcased their dedication to guest comfort. the heating was exceptional, ensuring a cozy retreat after a day of adventure in the Carpathian Mountains. the presence of air conditioning allowed for a perfect indoor climate regardless of the weather outside. From the moment I entered the beautifully designed room with a sitting area to the moment I stepped onto the terrace overlooking the serene landscape, every detail was meticulously thought out. the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful sanctuary, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the presence of free toiletries, an electric kettle for my tea cravings, and a mini-bar for convenience truly set this establishment apart. In conclusion, Lostrita - Pastravarie, Hotel & Spa, not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria, and I cannot wait to return to this exceptional mountain retreat.
